CHM 4170L - Chemical Spectroscopy Lab Credit Hour(s): 1
Course Description: This laboratory course offers hands-on experience with a variety of modern spectroscopic techniques used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of chemical compounds. Students will explore the principles, instrumentation, and applications of key techniques, including UV-Vis spectroscopy, infrared (IR) spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, mass spectrometry (MS), and X-ray diffraction.
Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level CHM 2120 Minimum Grade of D
