EDS 6080 - Dyslexia and Multi-Sensory Instruction


Credit Hour(s): 3

Course Description: Provides insight/in-depth knowledge regarding dyslexia: history, theory, brain-based research, methodologies, instructional strategies, effective instruction, assistive technology, structured language and phonics knowledge, research-supported instructional procedures and an overall holistic understanding of learners with dyslexia.

Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following levels: Graduate, Medical, Professional. Must be enrolled in one of the following programs: Dyslexia Specialist - Cert (DYS2-CERTD).
