Course Description: Introduction to historical and current context of special education law and litigation as it applies to identification, evaluation, program development, and program implementation for students with disabilities; application and implications for professional educators.
Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following programs: Educational Studies - BSED (EDST2-BSED), Intervention Specialist - BSED (INTSPE2-BSED).
