SLI 3000 - Ethics and Laws in Interpreting

Course Description: Ethical standards of practice, legal rights and federal legislation impacting deaf and interpreters. Critical thinking, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and application of the Code of Professional Conduct will be emphasized.

Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following majors: Sign Language Interpreter, Sign Language Interpreting.
