FIN 4120 - Portfolio Management Credit Hour(s): 3
Course Description: Manage two pools of funds provided by the University. Provides the student with real world experience in managing equity and bond portfolios. Implement an investing philosophy in order to make portfolio management decisions. Emphasis is put on the practical exercises of the portfolio management.
Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level FIN 3110 Minimum Grade of D and Undergraduate level FIN 3120 Minimum Grade of D and BUS Tier II Complete 11 (the following must be completed: ACC 2010, 2020; EC 2040, 2050; EC 1050 or MTH 2280; ENG 1100, 2100; FIN 2210; MKT 2500; MS 2040, 2050)
Enrollment Restrictions: May not be enrolled as the following Classifications: Freshman, Sophomore. Must be enrolled in one of the following Degrees: BS in Business.
