Course Description: Detailed coverage of the physical-chemical and biological aspects of inland aquatic ecosystems. Origins and physical and chemical properties of lakes and rivers and the influences of physical-chemical parameters (light, heat, nutrients) on biological processes. Emphasizes the identity and functions of organisms in aquatic ecosystems. Integrated Writing course.
