Admission to Medical Laboratory Science Program is competitive and limited. Criteria used to determine admission include academic record, 3 letters of recommendation, and results of a personal interview. (Minimum 2.7 GPA required).

Fall Three

Clinical Year

Includes 40 credit hours of Medical Lab coursework spread over 3 semesters (Summer/Fall/Spring). Clinical Year is a 12-month program consisting of didactic coursework and rotations at affiliated laboratories.

Spring Three

Clinical Year

Classes include Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Pathology, Urine & Body Fluid Analysis, Microbiology, Parasitology, and Immunohematology.
