Basic Remote Sensing Undergraduate Microcredential

Program Description

This program provides basic training in the area of Remote Sensing. The Basic Remote Sensing microcredential is one course. Successful completion of the microcredential requires the student to earn a C or better.

• Currently admitted to Wright State University

Students will learn to:

• Develop an understanding of the technical skills associated with remote sensing

• Learn how to analyze spatial data related to remote sensing

• Create and analyze maps with remote sensing images

Students successfully completing this course can:

• Apply the technical skills associated with remote sensing

• Critically examine and interpret remote sensing data

• Create and analyze maps using the most up-to-date remote sensing technical platforms
