Intermediate Remote Sensing Graduate Microcredential

Program Description

This program provides intermediate training in the area of Remote Sensing. The intermediate Remote Sensing microcredential is two courses. Successful completion of the microcredential requires the student to earn a B or better in all courses that comprise this microcredential.

Admission Requirements

  • Currently admitted to Wright State University

Program Learning Objectives

Students will learn to:

  • Develop an understanding of the central theory and technical skills associated with remote sensing

  • Learn how to generate, manage, and analyze spatial data related to remote sensing

  • Create and analyze maps with remote sensing images

Program Learning Outcomes

Students successfully completing this course can:

  • Apply the analytical and technical skills associated with remote sensing

  • Critically examine spatial data and geographic information related to remote sensing

  • Create and analyze maps using the most up-to-date remote sensing technical platforms
