Business Economics (GPS)

Wright State Core: Must complete two Multicultural Competence (MC) and two Integrated Writing (IW) courses.
Admission Requirements to RSCOB: 2.5 cumulative GPA and 30 semester hours.
Must complete ACC 2010 , ACC 2020 ; EC 2040 , EC 2050 ; MS 2040 , MS 2050 ; FIN 2210 ; MKT 2500 ; MTH 2280 ; ENG 2100  prior to taking 3000-level business courses.

Program Description


The Bachelor of Science in Business degree with a major in Business Economics is designed for those who wish to major in Economics while also studying other functional areas of business. Graduates of the program generally pursue careers in the private sector–including corporations and small businesses–while others pursue further education at the Master’s and Doctoral levels.
