BME 3530 - Biomedical Signals and Systems Credit Hour(s): 3 Concept and theory of signals and systems applied to biomedical engineering. Topics include continuous-time periodic and non-periodic signals; linear time-invariant system; Fourier transform and Laplace transform. Discrete signals and discrete Fourier transform. Prerequisite(s): (Undergraduate level BME 3511 Minimum Grade of D or Undergraduate level ISE 3511 Minimum Grade of D) and (Undergraduate level BME 3540 Minimum Grade of D (BME 3540 can be taken concurrently) or Undergraduate level ISE 3540 Minimum Grade of D (ISE 3540 can be taken concurrently)) Restrictions: May not be enrolled in one of the following Degrees: Intending Egr & CS. Must be enrolled in one of the following Colleges: College of Egr & Computer Sci.
