18 credit hours in addition to any course prerequisites.

Program Learning Outcomes

Students completing the certificate will demonstrate advanced achievement in knowledge and skills that meet the needs of the workforce as articulated by business executives and hiring managers. These skills include the ability to communicate clearly in oral and in written form, critical thinking, multicultural competency, and ethical judgment.
