Graphic Communication Undergraduate Certificate (GPS)

Program Description:

Through this certificate program, students will learn entry-level graphic communication skills.

Admission Requirements:

This certificate is open to any student with a 2.4 cumulative GPA with an interest in learning basic graphic communications skills, with the exception of those students pursuing the AAB - Graphic Design and Multimedia program of study.

Learning Outcomes:

1. Students will demonstrate the fundamental communication skills.

2. Students will learn to concept and apply graphic skills to develop solutions for communication elements within a business setting.

3. Students will develop ethics and responsibility in the communication field.

4. Students will demonstrate efficient skill with current leading technology and software used for graphic communication in the business fields.

Term One


IT 1010 and IT 1400 are offered Fall and Summer terms.

Term Two


IT 1300 and IT 2240 are offered Spring and Summer terms.

Term Three


IT 2010 is offered Fall and Summer terms.
