DESCRIPTION
This certificate will provide currently licensed Ohio teachers the means to obtain the credentials to teach College Credit Plus courses in French in the State of Ohio. The courses are designed to provide rich cultural and literary content in the target language.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The Certificate Program requires acceptance by the Graduate School as a non-degree student. Students must have earned at minimum a baccalaureat degree in French, French Studies, Romance Languages, or Modern Languages from an accredited university. A supplemental Department of Modern Languages application with a 1-2 page personal statement in French is required. Applicants must pass an department administered Oral Proficiency Interview with a minimal Intermediate High rating.
