Entrepreneurship Minor

The Entrepreneurship minor provides students the skills and experiences necessary to start their own successful venture. Courses focus on starting, commercializing and managing a new business.
Admission requirements:
Students must have already been admitted to a Raj Soin College of Business major program of study. Students must have junior standing (at least 60 credit hours completed). This minor is open to business majors only. Non-business majors should consider the Entrepreneurship Essentials minor.
Learning Outcomes:
- provide students with the skills and experiences necessary to start their own successful venture
- students learn how to evaluate and plan new business opportunities
- students effectively research and write a comprehensive business plan
- provide students with contemporary entrepreneurial experience by solving real business challenges and working with local executives.

Notes:
*Students must complete the required and elective courses for the Entrepreneurship minor with a cumulative GPA OF 2.0 or better.
