Course Description: Advanced treatment of the theory and practice of long-term financial management. Topics include dividends, leasing, hybrid financing, derivatives and risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures.

Prerequisite(s): Graduate level MBA 5300 Minimum Grade of C or MBA 5300 Waiver 100
