EDS 6420 - Curricula, Methods, and Materials to Teach Students with Moderate to Intensive Educational Needs Credit Hour(s): 3
Course Description: Methods/materials for assessing/teaching individuals with moderate/intensive needs in multiple environments. Focus on research-based practices resulting in high quality of life. Thirty hours of field experience with individuals with moderate/intensive needs required.
Prerequisite(s): Graduate level EDS 6510 Minimum Grade of C (EDS 6510 can be taken concurrently) and Graduate level EDS 6530 Minimum Grade of C (EDS 6530 can be taken concurrently)
Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following levels: Graduate, Medical, Professional. Must be enrolled in one of the following programs: Intervention Specialist - Lic (INTVSPE2-LIC), Intervention Specialist - MED (INTVSPE2-MED).
