EDL 7800 - Ethics and Politics in Education

Course Description: Developing an understanding of potential structures and effective principles of school/community relations. Concepts of power, pressure groups, lobbying, potential networks, and public ethics are examined.

Prerequisite(s): Graduate level EDL 7710 Minimum Grade of C

Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following levels: Graduate, Medical, Professional. Must be enrolled in one of the following programs: Education Leadership - MA (EDLEAD2-MA), Education Leadership - MED (EDLEAD2-MED), Education Specialist - EDS (EDSPEC2-EDS), Principalship - Lic (PRINCIP2-LIC), Principalship - MA (PRINCIP2-MA), Principalship - MED (PRINCIP2-MED), Teacher Leader - End (TL2-END).
