ED 6040 - Phonics and Word Study for Intervention Specialists


Credit Hour(s): 3

Course Description: In-depth analysis of how people learn the printed word, and how to assess that knowledge with appropriate phonics and phonics-related assessment and materials.  Students will apply knowledge through phonics lesson design, delivery and analysis.

Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following levels: Graduate, Medical, Professional. Must be enrolled in one of the following programs: Exceptionalities - MED (EXCEPTIO2-MED), Intervention Specialist - Lic (INTVSPE2-LIC), Intervention Specialist - MED (INTVSPE2-MED).
