ED 4090 - Literacy Assessment and Intervention


Credit Hour(s): 3

Course Description: Candidates will learn to use a wide range of literacy assessment instruments to assess student reading and writing performance and to determine research-supported best practices and interventions in order to meet student needs.

Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level ED 4060 Minimum Grade of C

Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following programs: Intervention Specialist - BSED (INTVSPE2-BSED), Middle Childhood Ed - BSED (MIDCHE2-BSED).
