BUS 4000 - Applied Business Planning for Commercialization Credit Hour(s): 3 Provide students with contemporary entrepreneurial experience by solving real business challenges & working with local executives. Student objectives are to face an unstructured business situation & develop recommendations to address the opportunity for commercialization; put fundamental business planning skills into practice; use analysis & planning tools (e.g., SWOT, marketing and competitive analysis, forecasts, ROI) to develop recommendations. Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level ACC 2010 Minimum Grade of D and Undergraduate level ACC 2020 Minimum Grade of D and Undergraduate level FIN 2210 Minimum Grade of D and Undergraduate level MS 2040 Minimum Grade of D and Undergraduate level MS 2050 Minimum Grade of D and Undergraduate level MKT 2500 Minimum Grade of D (MKT 2500 can be taken concurrently) Restrictions: May not be enrolled as the following Classifications: Freshman. Must be enrolled in one of the following Degrees: BS in Business.
