SOC 2200 - Social Problems Credit Hour(s): 3 Analyzes how social problems are identified, legitimated and addressed in contemporary society. Uses major theoretical perspectives to evaluate and analyze social problems, develops proposals for addressing them, and compares and contrasts social problems in cross-cultural context.
