ACC 3110 - Survey of Management Accounting Credit Hour(s): 3
Course Description: Builds on introductory accounting to examine management accounting tools; cost behavior, budgeting, CVP, variance analysis, and capital budgeting, with an applied focus for general business majors. Students use accounting information to evaluate alternatives, manage resources, and link operational choices to strategic goals, with attention to clear communication and the ethical use of information.
Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level ACC 2020 Minimum Grade of D and BUS Tier II Complete 7 (the following must be completed: ACC 2010; EC 2040, 2050; EC 1050 or MTH 2280; ENG 1100; MKT 2500; MS 2040)
Enrollment Restrictions: May not be enrolled as the following classifications: Freshman.
Must be enrolled in one of the following Programs: General Business - BSB
