BIO 2200 - Microbiology and the Human Environment

Course Description: Biology of viruses, bacteria, fungi, protozoans, and helminths as related to their natural environments and host-parasite interaction. Introductory course for students in environmental health, nursing, and patient-oriented paramedical health professions. Three hours lecture and two hours lab.

Prerequisite(s): (BIO 1050 OR BIO 1070 OR BIO 1120 OR BIO 1150) AND (CHM 1010 OR CHM 1020)

Corequisite(s): BIO 2200L
