Course Description: This course covers the nature of sourcing in modern organizations, how sourcing executes business strategy, legal aspects of sourcing including agency role and types of contracts, and negotiation principles. Integrated Writing course.

Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level SCM 3070 Minimum Grade of D and BUS Tier II Complete 11 (the following must be completed: ACC 2010, 2020; EC 2040, 2050; EC 1050 or MTH 2280; ENG 1100, 2100; FIN 2210; MKT 2500; MS 2040, 2050)
