MTH 1450 - Mathematics and the Modern World

Course Description: An application of mathematics to modeling real world problems from the behavioral, computational, managerial, and social sciences. Includes such topics as probability, descriptive and inferential statistics, financial management, voting systems, codes and data storage.

Prerequisite(s): WSU Math Placement Level 21 or Undergraduate level DEV 0450 Minimum Grade of P (DEV 0450 can be taken concurrently) or Undergraduate level DEV 0270 Minimum Grade of P
