ISE 4920 - Industrial Systems Design Engineering Design II Credit Hour(s): 3
Course Description: Segment two of the undergraduate senior design course sequence for all ISE students that culminates in the delivery of the capstone design project. Students will apply fundamental and specialized engineering concepts relating to the theory and practice of engineering design, including digital engineering. Working in teams and under the mentorship of an advisor, students will continue with prototype development and deliver a working prototype, with appropriate documentation, to the client at the end of the term. As additional course objectives, students will understand how engineers work in multidisciplinary teams and will appreciate the impact of engineering solutions in a global and societal context. Integrated Writing course.
Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level ISE 4910 Minimum Grade of D
Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in the following classifications: Senior. May not be enrolled in one of the following degrees: Intending Egr & CS, Pre_Degree. Must be enrolled in one of the following colleges: College of Egr & Computer Sci.
