EE 5310 - Electronic Devices and Circuits Credit Hour(s): 3
Course Description: Introduction to, theory of and application of basic solid-state electron devices for discrete and integrated circuits. Fundamentals necessary for comprehension and further study of modern engineering electronics. Major topics include carrier flow in semiconductors, p-n junction theory, semiconductor diodes, bipolar junction transistors, field-effect transistors, biasing, introduction to amplifiers, and frequency response.
Corequisite(s): EE5310L
