MIS 4950 - Information Systems Project Management and Development Credit Hour(s): 3 Introduces concept, practice, and the importance of project management. The course covers a systematic methodology for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing IS projects. Student teams will be assigned to an information systems business problem of a firm or organization in the Dayton metropolitan area. Teams analyze, design, implement, evaluate, and develop an information system while applying project management practices. Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level MIS 3150 Minimum Grade of D and Undergraduate level MIS 3250 Minimum Grade of D and BUS Tier II Complete 11 Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Degrees: BS in Business.
