PTX 7030 - Research Methods in the Analysis of Genome Integrity

This course explores the experimental approaches that are commonly used in the laboratory by biomedical researchers to study how eukaryotic cells respond to genotoxic stress. Students will learn both the technical aspects of the work and the rationale for performing specific assays and approaches.
