FIN 4110 - Mergers and Acquisitions

Students will develop an in-depth understanding of how and when to apply the appropriate tools and skills to successfully complete a merger transaction or business acquisition and how to apply what has been learned to solving real world business problems.
Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level FIN 3110 Minimum Grade of D and Undergraduate level FIN 3120 Minimum Grade of D and BUS Tier II Complete 11
Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Colleges: Raj Soin College of Business.
