EDS 6530 - Learners with Exceptionalities

Cultural, social, emotional, and learning needs of students with exceptionalities. Teaching strategies, typical development and atypical development. Causes and effects of mild to intensive exceptionalities. Ten hours of field experience required.
Prerequisite(s): Graduate level EDS 6510 Minimum Grade of D (EDS 6510 can be taken concurrently)
Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate, Medical, Professional. Must be enrolled in one of the following Programs: Intervention Specialist - Lic, Intervention Specialist - MED.
