BIO 6200 - Designing Biological Experiments Credit Hour(s): 3 This course presents an overview of effective sampling design for biological studies. It shows how to reconcile the peculiarities of biological data with the assumptions of statistical methods. It introduces some statistical methods useful in biology though rarely covered in introductory statistics courses. It outlines the major ways that data are analyzed in biology. It discusses ways to present results. Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate, Medical, Professional.
