PSY 8765 - Job Analysis

The primary objective of this course is to provide an overview of job analysis from the perspective of the field of industrial/organizational psychology. The course will examine the theory, research, and practice perspectives of job analysis. It is designed not only to give you an overview of the topic, but to get you involved in discussion and to assist you in formulating your own ideas about research and practice in this the area. Thus, the major objective of this course is for you to develop your own perspective about defining and evaluating a position.
Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Majors: Human Factors/Indust Psych. May not be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Undergraduate.
