NUR 4890 - Application of Leadership and Management Concepts to Nursing Process Credit Hour(s): 3 Theories and strategies of leadership and management for the practice of professional nursing. Safety and quality improvement initiatives and improving quality patient outcomes. Leadership concepts, skills, and decision-making in nursing care, team coordination, and participation in evidence-based improvement/change projects. Fieldwork required.
