NUR 4830 - Holistic Nursing Practice Using Complementary and Alternative Therapies

Introduction to complementary and alternative therapies (CAT) to promote holistic nursing for individuals across the lifespan through various health care systems. Emphasis is on model of Relationship Based Care to promote care of patient, family, colleagues and self. Integrated writing course.
Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level NUR 3100 Minimum Grade of C and Undergraduate level NUR 3300 Minimum Grade of C and (Undergraduate level NUR 4800 Minimum Grade of C or Undergraduate level NUR 4801 Minimum Grade of C)
Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Programs: Nursing Completion - BSN.
