MTH 4460 - Problem Solving and Mathematical Modeling for Middle School Teachers

Learning to think quantitatively through solving pure and applied mathematics problems and modeling real world problems. Focuses on working with the steps involved in modeling real-life situations and understanding how modeling and problem solving differ.
Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level MTH 2450 Minimum Grade of C and Undergraduate level MTH 3430 Minimum Grade of C
Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Programs: CT: Middle Childhood - PRE, Mathematics - BA, Mathematics - BS, Middle Childhood Ed - BSED.
