MGT 7730 - Project Planning Evaluation and Control Techniques

Focuses on project planning and control, with emphasis on practical application. Overview of the throretical and practical mechanisms through which project planning, evaluation, and control occur. Additionally, a course project allows students to practice concepts and techniques presented in the course, taking a service project fromt he planning phase through scheduling, budgeting, execution and project termination.
Prerequisite(s): Graduate level MGT 7710 Minimum Grade of D
Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate, Medical, Professional. Must be enrolled in one of the following Colleges: Raj Soin College of Business.
