MGT 4940 - Staffing I Credit Hour(s): 3
Course Description: Coverage of the first half of the staffing process. Topics include staffing models, HR staffing strategy, legal issues in staffing, employment laws, human resource planning, job analysis, and external and internal recruitment. Integrated Writing course.
Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level MGT 3210 Minimum Grade of D and BUS Tier II Complete 11 (Must complete the following courses: ACC 2010; EC 2040, 2050; EC 1050 or MTH 2280; ENG 1100; MKT 2500; MS 2040; ACC 2020; ENG 2100; FIN 2210; MS 2050).
Enrollment Restrictions: May not be enrolled as the following classifications: Freshman. Must be enrolled in one of the following degrees: BS in Business.
