FAS 2620 - Ruminant Livestock Management

Course Description: Evaluation of ruminant livestock management systems based on animal welfare, environment protection, worker safety and food safety. Topics include proper animal treatment, animal handling, biosecurity, medication, livestock records, facility management, workplace safety, and environmental stewardship.
