FAS 2220 - Introduction to Brewing Credit Hour(s): 3
Course Description: Investigation of the science focusing on the fundamentals of the craft brewing industry and agronomic production of grains and hops. Course content will include agronomic production of grains and hops, malting, the fermentation process, beer styles, packing, marketing, brewing industry and rules. No potable alcohol will be produced or consumed in this course.
