MKT 7350 - Applied Business Planning for Commercialization Credit Hour(s): 3
Course Description: Applied Business Planning is a course designed to provide students with contemporary entrepreneurial experience by solving real business challenges and working with local technology driven entrepreneurs. Students learn to evaluate real business and commercialization opportunities by using skills in market analysis, problem-solving, team-building, customer discovery, and business planning. Students team up and serve as consultants to these entrepreneurs with the final product being a pitch deck, directed deliverables, and a customer discovery overview. These deliverables will create value for the entrepreneur and help progress the business.
This course is intended for MBA students in the Interdisciplinary Business Concentration.
Prerequisite(s): Graduate level MBA 7600 Minimum Grade of C
Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following levels: Graduate, Medical, Professional.
