EE 6550L - IC Hardware Security and Trust Lab Credit Hour(s): 1
Course Description: Students learn to implement hardware security/trust detection methods using the techniques learned in class and implement countermeasures to improve trust for hardware IC systems through both ASIC and FPGA. Topics include the introduction of Xilinx Vivado and Cadence, and hardware Trojans insertion, hardware Trojans detection in various techniques. Department Managed Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level EE 2000/L Minimum Grade of D and Undergraduate level EE 4540/L Minimum Grade of D or similar digital circuit design
Corequisite(s): EE6550
