BIO 2200 - Microbiology and the Human Environment Credit Hour(s): 4
Course Description: Biology of viruses, bacteria, fungi, protozoans, and helminths as related to their natural environments and host-parasite interaction. Introductory course for students in environmental health, nursing, and patient-oriented paramedical health professions. Three hours lecture and two hours lab.
Prerequisite(s): (Undergraduate level BIO 1050 Minimum Grade of C or Undergraduate level BIO 1070 Minimum Grade of C or Undergraduate level BIO 1120 Minimum Grade of C or Undergraduate level BIO 1150 Minimum Grade of C) and (Undergraduate level CHM 1010 Minimum Grade of D or Undergraduate level CHM 1020 Minimum Grade of D)
