FIN 4110 - Mergers and Acquisitions

Course Description: Students will develop an in-depth understanding of how and when to apply the appropriate tools and skills to successfully complete a merger transaction or business acquisition and how to apply what has been learned to solving real world business problems.

Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level FIN 3110 Minimum Grade of D and Undergraduate level FIN 3120 Minimum Grade of D and BUS Tier II Complete 11 (the following must be completed: ACC 2010; ACC 2010; EC 2040, 2050; EC 1050 or MTH 2280; ENG 1100; ENG 2100; FIN 2210; MKT 2500; MS 2040; MS 2050)

Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following colleges: Raj Soin College of Business.
