FIN 3280 - Entrepreneurial Finance Credit Hour(s): 3
Course Description: Financing of small and medium sized businesses from the perspective of both the entrepreneur and investors. Study how the financing decisions of small and medium sized private companies differ from those of public firms. They will also see how the valuation methods used in Financial Management I are applied in practice.
Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level FIN 2210 Minimum Grade of D and BUS Tier II Complete 7 (the following must be completed: ACC 2010; EC 2040, 2050; EC 1050 or MTH 2280; ENG 1100; MKT 2500; MS 2040)
Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following degrees: BS in Business.
