MIS 3840 - Data Visualization for Business


Credit Hour(s): 3

Course Description: Introduce students to data visualization in business including both the principles and techniques. Students will learn the value of visualization, specific techniques in information visualization and scientific visualization, and understand how to best leverage visualization methods.

Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level MIS 3000 Minimum Grade of D and BUS Tier II Complete 7 (the following must be completed: ACC 2010; EC 2040, 2050; EC 1050 or MTH 2280; ENG 1100; MKT 2500; MS 2040)

Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following colleges: Raj Soin College of Business.
