PSY 5130 - Qualitative Methods in Clinical Psychology Credit Hour(s): 4
Course Description: This course provides students with a critical knowledge of qualitative research methods in psychology and with competencies necessary to carry out this kind of research in conjunction with quantitative methods and independently in its own right. The course includes a focus on the history of use, the philosophical foundations, and the scientific status of qualitative research methods in psychology.
Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level PSY 3020 Minimum Grade of D and (Undergraduate level PSY 3210 Minimum Grade of D or Graduate level PSY 5210 Minimum Grade of C)
Corequisite(s): PSY5130L
