Course Description: Examines the leadership role of the public and nonprofit administrators in formulating programs, policies, and service delivery options. Explores topics such as managing internal and external environments, improving productivity and effectiveness, policy/program creation, and the dynamics of change.

Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following levels: Graduate, Medical, Professional.
