URS 3000 - Introduction to Cities & Communities Credit Hour(s): 3
Course Description: Interdisciplinary introduction to the field of urban studies. Examines the evolution of the social, political, and economic systems in cities and suburbs, both in the United States and internationally. The course gives special attention to the importance of communities and the work of nonprofit organizations. Integrated Writing course.
